If you are unsatisfied in any way with your degree/diploma, you may request a refund. Once we receive your refund request, we will ask you to trash the documents as well as any other materials received. After the refund your status as a graduate will be terminated from the University and/or its Affiliate and you will not use nor display any documents, information, or products in any fashion and trash all the documentation awarded to you by the University and/or its Affiliates.

Please Note: Processing charges are not refundable and we charge $75 as the processing fee on each order.

Your refund request would be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:
  • Full refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made within 7 days of the receipt of the Degree/Diploma Document Package
  • 2/3rd refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made between 8 to 14 days of the receipt of Degree/Diploma Document Package
  • 1/3rd refund (less $75.00 processing fee) if request for refund is made between 15 to 21 days of the receipt of Degree/Diploma Document Package
  • No refund would be provided after 21 days
Your credit card will be credited 100% of the original purchase price (not including processing charges) within 72 hours of receiving your refund request. If your payment is via check or money order, please allow up to 15 business days to receive your refund.

Rochville University offers a 21 day, 100% money back guarantee for our Degree/Diploma Document Package. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your Degree/Diploma Document Package, then simply contact us within 21 days of receiving your Package to initiate your refund process.


How to claim your refund
To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  1. Claim your refund, specifying your concern by contacting us via any of the following three modes:

  2. We will try to resolve your concern immediately or else will send you a refund request approval response email from our refund department.
  3. You will be required to trash the complete Degree/Diploma Document Package including all the materials received by the University and/or its Affiliates.
After the refund, your status as a graduate will be terminated from the University and/or its Affiliates and you will not be able to display any documents, information, or products sent by us in any fashion. Let us also specify that:

  1. We will not provide any verification for your degree/diploma to employers, institutes or any other source in the future.
  2. Your entire data will be deleted from the University and/or its Affiliate database.
  3. The status of your degree/diploma order will stand as cancelled.
  4. You will not have any access to our Alumni Area and will be removed from our graduate directory completely.
  5. A notice/email will be circulated from the University to all the relevant authorities (employers, institutes or any other) who have/had requested your credential verification, informing them that you are no more an Alumni of the University
